Since 1990, some twenty upper floor artist lofts and offices have looked down upon the bustling activity below them at this prominent location on the River District's northern edge.One side of the building overlooks the Willamette River and the new townhouse development at Terminal One, while the other half oversees the commercial operations on the ground floor of the Carton Service Company.
Three separate structures built from 1910 to 1940 are joined together to create 65,000 square feet of space on a two acre site. These walk-up studios house painters, graphic artists, videographers, clothing designers, composers, and trading companies. Vacancies occur seldom and are filled quickly.
